Executive Suites

Executive suites ranging from 90 to 400+ square feet are now available for a competitive monthly fee, inclusive of all operating expenses.

All Executive Suites include:

  • Fully appointed executive suites lobby, reception and waiting area
  • On-site executive suites manager/receptionist
  • State-of-the-art media center featuring two high-speed computers and laser printer
  • Available at nominal fees: full-service color copier, office supplies and much more
  • Complimentary use of any of our four conference rooms, some featuring flat screen televisions, teleconferencing equipment and media boards
  • Modern restrooms with granite countertops
  • Complimentary notary service
  • Filtered water cooler and microwave available
  • Hot and cold drinks available for purchase

Virtual Services

Mail Collection: We can provide daily mail and package collection services.
Monthly cost = $50 per month

Conference Room Use: $30 per hour (up to 4 hours per day) and $20 per hour (5 hours or more per day)

Add Conference Room Usage to an Existing Virtual Plan: $20 per hour

Use of Large Vacant Space for Meetings/Seminars: Includes use of 50 folding chairs; max occupancy is 50 people: $75 per use or $50 per use for existing virtual, office and executive suite tenants (up to 4 hours)

The Executive Suites Management Office is pleased to offer the following miscellaneous services: Use of the full-service copier: $.25 for color copies
$.04 for b/w copies

Postage for Letters and Packages: A service fee of 20% is added to all charges.
White #10 Envelopes: $.15 each; White 10 x 13 Large Envelopes: $.30 each
